I went here because I had pain in my right hip. It hurt to stand, walk or sit so basically I never got comfort. I tried ibuprofen but it didn't help. Dr Gilbert suggested x-rays and diagnosed me with bursitis. He explained what it was and options to help. I could get a shot in my leg or take pills that help with inflammation. I opted for the pills. Two a day until I felt better. I had no pain by the third pill which surprised me but I took a total of 5 days worth just to get more meds in my system. The prescription was for 15 days worth. So glad I chose this place. They got me an appt quickly. Dr Gilbert is one of the nicest people I've ever had an appt with. Everyone in the office was super friendly! Highly recommend!!!

There are no words to properly articulate the level of service provided by Aptiva, my therapist Kim, has dramatically improved my quality of life, beyond grateful. Thank you Aptiva!

Everyone in this office is amazing and super helpful. I got so much better within the last month where as the other injury care center, I didn’t see any improvement. I’d recommend this center to anyone. 10/10nb

all of the staff Wendy kim keon and julius are all so amazing , this is actually my 2nd time coming to this location for physical therapy and i wouldnt want to go anywhere else . i have truly made real progress since working with them unlike other physical therapy places i have been 10/10 will recommend this location and these staff to anyone !

I absolutely love and adore these people . They took their time with me and we very considerate of my conditions. Will be returning if I ever need a thing. Kimberly & Michelle were a hoot ☺️☺️ I have been to all of Aptiva‘s locations in Louisville. All of the locations are where it’s going to, but this location was my favorite by far. The people, the service and even the facility and the equipment We’re very nice and up-to-date.

Very Nice Facility,The staff is very friendly, very helpful, very caring Always encouraging you to get better. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They do great work.I believe they put the heart in what they do.They care like you are part of their family.

They’ve helped me through 3 different wrecks and every time they’ve been great with my recovery, scheduling and communication between me and lawyers. I’d refer a friend .
